The Secret Behind Better Soil Fertility
What is Fertilizer? A fertilizer (American English) or fertiliser (British English) is any material of natural or synthetic origin that is applied to soil or to plant tissues to supply plant nutrients. Fertilizers may be distinct from liming materials or other non-nutrient soil amendments.
Tahalka (Imported from SPAIN) Dose: 15kg per acre.
- Active Ingredients
- N: 8%
- P: 40%
- K: 5%
- SO3: 10%
- Zn: 1%
It is an excellent combination of five important nutrients with the coating of humic acid and falvic acid.
Due to its low pH, it is the best suited phosphorus fertilizer for plants in saline soils of Pakistan.
There is maximum availability of all the nutrients to plants which are there in this fertilizer.
It increases the porosity of soil and thus the water holding capacity.
It increases the root mass and tillering of plants and results in better yield.
Application: Apply it at land preparation, before sowing by broad cast method. It can be applied by side dressing along with seeds in maize and sugar cane.
Full & Final (Imported from Taiwan) Dose: 25 kg per acre
- Active Ingredients
- K: 50% (Min)
- S: 17% (Min)
It provides both potassium and sulphur in soluble forms.
It contains no chloride and hence has a much lower salt index. it is the preferred form of potassium to use where soils are saline or sodic and where irrigation water may have high chloride levels.
Where seeds or transplants are placed in direct contact with fertilizer, it is much less likely to cause root burn of plants.
It stimulates the growth of strong stems and gives the plant some disease resistance.
It improves colour, flavor, quantity and storing quality of fruit and vegetables.
Application: As it is highly soluble in water, it can be applied by fertigation at fruiting stage in vegetables and orchards and at dough stage in major crops.
Permit (Imported from China) Dose: 50kg per acre.
- Active Ingredients
- N: 21%
- S: 24%
It is purely agricultural grade fertilizer and is soluble in water.
It is the quick source of nitrogen and Sulphur.
It enhances the vegetative growth of plants by increasing tillering and root mass.
It also plays an important role in lowering the pH of soil and thus makes the soil nutrients available to plants.
For the best results it should be applied at land preparation.
Application: it can be applied by fertigation and side dressing.
Phosroot (Imported) Dose: 10 kg per acre.
- Active Ingredients
- N: 17%
- P: 44%
It is the readily available source of Nitrogen and Phosphorus.
High Phosphorus content helps in more tillering and root mass.
Due to its higher solubility, it is best phosphorus fertilizer for drip irrigation and fertigation.
It is highly beneficial for all crops by aiding crop growth and development.
Application: it can be applied at the initial stages of crop by fertigation and side dressing.
